The Mangrove Inn pool is 4 meters (14 feet) by 8 meters (27 feet) and is of the “infinity” type. Between the sea and the pool you will find a little grass area and the coconut trees as you can see here. With a little imagination you can make the most beautiful and romantic pictures here! The deep end is 2 meters (7 feet) to be able to give beginners dive instructions. |

Here you see Mangrove Inn from the sea side. A few steps away from the terrace is the shore line. Don’t worry about a tsunami or spring tight. It cannot happen because Cebu is not in the open sea but packed in between many islands. From the terrace you will see the blue waters. Just in the front of the house is muddy. When entering the sea the first 50 meters are not so pleasant. But when passed that by walking when low tide or by boat during high tide you will discover the beauty of the underwater world with your snorkel. A beautiful yellow sand beach is on a distance of 5 kilometer (3 miles). |

Fully equipped American style kitchen for you to cook your own meals. You also have the possibility to let the house keeping cook for you in this kitchen, in the outdoor kitchen or they can arrange catering for you against spectacular low rates. On a distance between 5 kilometer (3 miles) and 15 kilometers (9 miles) you will find some restaurants. The local staff can give you all information about the possibilities. |

On the left side of the kitchen is a door towards a little extension of 15 square meter (166 square feet) with a comfort room, shower, wash machine and stockroom. |

Just 3 steps from the terrace is the sea. When low tide you need to walk about 50 meters (60 yards) to get to the open water where will find an endless snorkeling field. The sight is normally very bright and far and also the water temperature is very pleasant. If you wear water clothing it must be to protect against the sun, but never because of cold water! The amount of fish to expect while snorkeling is relatively high because a wide area in front of Mangrove Inn is declared fish sanctuary where no fishing with nets is allowed. On the back ground you can see a few native “pump-boats”. In groups of 2 people you can experience night fishing with the local fisherman. Don’t expect a luxury tour! One of the fishermen can tell about his experience with a wale-shark under his tiny little boat. Unfortunately this hardly ever happens. At the other side is the main North-South road. Very handy for travelling but you might experience some road noise. |

This dining table gives room to 8 persons. The tables and chairs are made of Tugas, which is the most exclusive and durable wood type on the Philippines. Nowadays it is not allowed to cut these Tugas trees anymore. The center of the table is equipped with a “lazy Susan” which can easily be turned to distribute the food during meals. |

TV area with satellite connection. With all the beauty to explore outside it’s not likely you will use this area much. There is also free internet available, but you need to bring your own laptop. It’s scheduled to make internet available via WIFI. |

On the first floor are 3 bedrooms. All 3 have their individual air-conditioning. The 2 larger rooms (16 square meter) have a double bed. The smaller room ( 12 square meter) has a 2 single beds. Beds can be placed differently on request. There is also a bunk-bed available that can be placed in one of the large rooms for extra capacity. |

From the balcony you can experience many nice things of nature! First of all the sunrise. The balcony faces the East so this is the perfect location to experience the sunrise. When it’s dark, this area is very nice to relax with a little see breeze. When switching off the lights you have a high chance of seeing lightning from very far away. |

The swimming pool can be used for scuba diving instructions. The diving gear can be arranged on a 10 minute drive from Mangrove Inn. Just in front of the house you will find a beautiful nature platform with a giant turtle, all kinds of exotic fishes and corals. The beauty in front of the house is for you to discover.
